You’ve got 14 days from the day your order arrives to request a return.
What’s Eligible
To be returnable, your item must be:

Tags still on, and as lovely as when it arrived

Accompanied by proof of purchase (a receipt, packing slip, or order number will do!)

Damaged, Defective, or Wrong Items
Oh no! If your item shows up damaged, defective, or not what you ordered, email us right away at thegildedgatorhtx@gmail.com. We’ll make it right, promise.
