Shipping Policy

We’re so excited to pack up your goodies and send them your way! Below is all the glitter-free fine print on how we ship from The Gilded Gator™.


Processing Time

Orders ship out within 2–3 business days unless otherwise noted.
Custom embroidery and personalized items may take up to 5 business days, but we pinky-promise to work as fast as we can.

Need it in a rush? Email us at thegildedgatorhtx@gmail.com before placing your order. We’ll do our best to make it happen.


Shipping Rates & Carriers

We offer flat-rate and real-time shipping options at checkout, so you can choose what fits your budget and timeline best.

Packages are shipped via USPS, UPS, or FedEx, depending on your location and the size of your order.

Shipping is currently available within the United States. If you’re outside the U.S. and interested in ordering, drop us a note — we’re working on expanding!


Local Pickup & Pop-Ups

Live in Houston? Lucky you. Local pickup options will be available during special pop-ups...stay tuned on Instagram for dates and details!


Tracking Your Order

Once your order ships, you’ll receive a tracking number via email.
If it’s been more than 5 business days and you haven’t seen a shipping update, feel free to contact us. Sometimes the gator mail needs a gentle nudge.


Lost, Delayed, or Damaged Packages

We’re not responsible for shipping delays once your package is in the carrier’s hands (weather, holidays, and wild postal adventures happen). That said, if something goes wrong, we’ll absolutely help however we can.

For items marked as “delivered” but not received, please check with your neighbors or local post office first. Still no luck? Let us know and we’ll work with you on next steps.


Gift Orders

Sending a gift? We offer gift notes and wrapping at checkout, just look for the option when adding to cart.
